To Start (Shared): The Bread Basket: One serving of the house artisan bread. Welcome Drinks (Individual): One signature mocktail of your choice (per person). One 375 ml Socosani water (still or sparkling, per person). First Course – Starters (Shared): Awicha Tiradito: Fresh seafood with the chef's signature touch. Roasted Tomatoes: Perfectly balanced flavors and textures. Second Course – Main Dishes (Shared): Duck Confit with Andean Pesto: Tender, juicy, and full of authentic Andean flavors. Carapulcra: A traditional Peruvian stew prepared with Huacho's original recipe and culinary heritage. Sweet Finale & Coffee: Shared Dessert: One serving of delicious profiteroles. Hot Beverage: One specialty coffee or herbal infusion (per person).
